Together, we’ve created Purpose-Driven Leadership Days—a unique experience that combines professional development, mission immersion, and hands-on community impact. Each experience begins with a facilitated workshop led by Leaderology’s experienced team. Participants can choose from topics such as Productive Conflict & AccountabilityCreating Team Values, or Creating Team Norms, gaining practical tools to strengthen collaboration, trust, and team performance.

The experience continues with an inside look at Working Wardrobes’ mission and the lives being transformed through workforce development. Teams then put leadership into action through hands-on volunteer projects, from preparing professional wardrobes and assembling First Day of Work Kits to creating toiletry kits and writing encouraging “Notes of Confidence” for job seekers.

The result is more than a team-building event. It’s an opportunity to strengthen workplace culture, develop more effective leaders, and create tangible impact for individuals working to overcome barriers to employment. Participants leave with stronger connections to one another, renewed purpose, and the knowledge that their efforts are helping someone take the next step toward self-sufficiency and success.
