Success ClubThe Seeds of Critical Needs

We believe that everyone is capable of bringing meaningful change into their lives and the world around them when given the appropriate tools. Every person has talents, backgrounds, interests, and skills that make them valuable contributors. Too often, though,  job seekers find themselves missing opportunities to pursue careers because they lack critical resources.

Housing, transportation, paperwork, or even having the right pair of shoes to perform a job can seem like little things, but some of our clients can tell you that these can be huge obstacles on the journey to meaningful employment. At Working Wardrobes, when donors plant seeds of success, they provide supportive services like individualized help with workforce readiness that includes career coaching, skills training, wardrobing, and encouragement that altogether blossoms into life-changing impact.

The Seeds of Recurring Donations

wardrobing servicesEveryone is unique, and everyone experiences different hardships and obstacles to accomplish their goals. Working Wardrobes believes in offering a hand-up, not a hand-out. This means that the Working Wardrobes team works tirelessly to meet clients where they are – seeking help and receiving it with dignity. Our greatest joy is when a client comes to us with a critical need and we’re able to say “Yes!” immediately. This is only possible because of the unrestricted donations that come from monthly recurring donors.

Success Club is Working Wardrobes’ giving collective of individuals making monthly contributions that plant the seeds to a significant difference for job seekers in Southern California. Monthly donors in the Success Club are planting the seeds that blossom into meaningful, sustainable change for Veterans, youth, transitioning active duty, justice-involved, low-income seniors, and adults seeking help to become self-sufficient through The Power of a Paycheck™.
