Big things are ahead for Working Wardrobes!

Later this year, we will bring our Career Success Center in Santa Ana and Donation Center in Irvine together under one roof at a new location in Santa Ana—creating one centralized home for our mission, our team, and the community we serve.

For years, our two locations have each played an important role in the Working Wardrobes story. Since a devastating fire destroyed our former headquarters in 2020, our operations have been split between two locations. At our Donation Center, thousands of generous community members have donated the professional clothing and resources that help our clients look and feel prepared for their next opportunity. At our Career Success Center, job seekers have received career coaching, workforce development services, professional wardrobing, and the support they need to take meaningful steps toward employment and economic independence.

Now, those pieces of our mission are coming together.

More Than a Move

Bringing our operations into one location will allow us to work more collaboratively, operate more efficiently, and create an even stronger connection between the generosity of our community and the individuals whose lives it impacts.

A donated suit can come through our doors—and within those same walls, help someone prepare to walk confidently into an interview.

A volunteer can see firsthand how their time contributes to something bigger.

A community partner can engage with our mission in new ways.

And our team can work side-by-side in one shared space, focused on one purpose: helping people achieve the dignity of work.

Save the Date: Giving Tuesday, December 1

And what better way to celebrate our new home than by bringing our community together?

On Tuesday, December 1—Giving Tuesday—Working Wardrobes will host a community-wide celebration and clothing drive at our new Santa Ana location.

We’re planning a day that brings together donors, volunteers, corporate and community partners, and friends of Working Wardrobes to celebrate this milestone while helping us stock our new home with the clothing and resources our clients need.

And we’re looking for partners to help us make it happen!

Opportunities will be available for businesses and organizations to participate through event sponsorship, corporate clothing drives, volunteer engagement, in-kind donations, onsite activations, and other creative partnerships.

If your company or organization would like to be part of this special day, we’d love to hear from you. Contact our development team at development@workingwardrobes.org

The Next Chapter

This move represents much more than a new address. It represents the continued growth and evolution of Working Wardrobes and an investment in how we serve Orange County for years to come.

In the coming months, we’ll share more information about our new home, important dates for clients and donors, Giving Tuesday festivities, and even more ways you can be part of this exciting new chapter.

Two locations are becoming one. Our mission remains the same—and the possibilities for our impact are growing.

Stay tuned. We can’t wait to welcome you home.
