On May 14, Working Wardrobes proudly returned to Camp Pendleton for the 2026 Power Up for Success MilSpouse Career Symposium, partnering with the Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) to support military spouses and active-duty service members as they pursue meaningful career opportunities.

The day was filled with energy, encouragement, and transformation. More than 80 participants received professional wardrobe styling and career-ready attire designed to help them feel confident as they take the next step in their professional journeys. In addition, 65 individuals received professional headshots, providing a valuable resource for resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and future job applications.

Participants also had the opportunity to attend Working Wardrobes’ Power of Your Image workshop, gaining practical insights on professional presence, personal branding, and making a strong first impression.

Behind the scenes, dedicated volunteers, staff, and community partners came together to create an experience that was both welcoming and impactful. Their generosity helped ensure that every participant felt seen, supported, and prepared for success.

Military spouses often face unique employment challenges due to frequent relocations and the demands of military life. Through events like Power Up for Success, Working Wardrobes is proud to provide resources that help bridge those barriers and open doors to new opportunities.

This event would not have been possible without the incredible support of our volunteers, sponsors, partners, and community supporters.
