One of those partners is Doing Good Works (DGW)—a social enterprise dedicated to turning business success into community transformation.
Through their generous support of our Suit Up for Success campaign, Doing Good Works recently donated 150 backpacks, helping young adults take an important step toward their future with the tools they need to succeed.
But their impact goes far beyond a single contribution.
As a strategic community partner within their Foster Greatness network, Doing Good Works is deeply committed to supporting young adults—especially those with lived experience in foster care—as they transition into the workforce and build sustainable careers.

Doing Good Works operates at the intersection of business and impact. By leveraging their expertise in promotional products and strategic branding, they have reinvested more than $4 million over the past decade to support foster youth transitioning into adulthood.
In 2023, they launched Foster Greatness, now the largest online community of former foster youth in the United States. The platform provides access to essential resources, as well as something equally important—a lasting support system that members never age out of.
