Katie McEvilly

Senior Vice President, Branch & Small Business Banking Market Leader, Orange County South Bay | U.S. Bank

Katie McEvilly joins the Working Wardrobes Board of Directors as a Senior Vice President at U.S. Bank, serving as the regional executive for branch and small business banking across Orange County, Long Beach, and the South Bay of Los Angeles. With nearly 25 years in the banking industry, Katie brings deep knowledge of community-centered financial leadership and the role that strong small business ecosystems play in economic mobility.

She began her current role in January 2025, following five years as the Inland Southern California wealth management banking market leader, where she led a large team supporting affluent clients. Prior to that, she held long-term leadership roles across branch and small business banking, including serving as a district manager and district operations manager.

Katie is also an active community volunteer and advocate for employee engagement and service, with involvement that reflects a consistent commitment to building stronger, more connected communities.


Michael Casey

Senior Director, Global Supply Chain | Edwards Lifesciences

Michael Casey brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in operational strategy, logistics, and cross-functional team development. As Senior Director of Global Supply Chain at Edwards Lifesciences, he has led initiatives that increased efficiency, strengthened global operations, and supported mission-aligned impact.

Over the past decade, Michael has held key leadership roles across the Critical Care and Transcatheter Heart Valves business units, working with senior leaders to solve complex global challenges, launch innovative products, and expand access to underserved patient populations. His work also supported the donation of medical devices through the Edwards Foundation, reflecting his belief in purpose-driven service.

Michael currently leads the supply chain function for Edwards’ Irvine manufacturing facility and has championed talent development through the creation of the Edwards Supply Chain Development Program, built in partnership with Michigan State University.


Richard J. Ward

First Vice President/Investments | Stifel

Richard J. Ward, CFP® joins the Working Wardrobes Board of Directors with decades of experience in financial and philanthropic planning and a long track record of transformative community leadership. In his role at Stifel, Richard helps individuals and families align their resources with purpose and generosity, providing strategies that support meaningful, long-term impact.

Richard is the founder of the Success with Purpose Community Initiative, which elevates local nonprofit missions and stories of service while fostering connection and collective giving across Orange County. He has also served in significant leadership roles throughout the community, including with OneOC, and has been recognized for his enduring commitment to volunteerism and philanthropy. In 2022, Richard was honored as a Working Wardrobes Jeri Rosen Legacy Fund Honoree.

Richard brings a powerful combination of governance experience, philanthropic expertise, and mission-driven leadership that aligns deeply with Working Wardrobes’ commitment to helping individuals rebuild their lives through meaningful work.


Shawn Kirshner

Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer | Sunwest Bank

Shawn Kirshner joins the Working Wardrobes Board of Directors as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at Sunwest Bank. In his role, he leads enterprise risk management across the bank, including compliance, information security and privacy, foreign correspondent banking, vendor management, and audit reporting.

With over 25 years of banking experience, Shawn has led the development and implementation of sustainable, scalable risk, audit, and compliance programs that balance strong governance with business strategy and operational performance. He is particularly adept at strengthening or remediating governance frameworks in coordination with executive leadership and boards, ensuring organizations meet evolving regulatory expectations while remaining resilient and mission-aligned.

Shawn brings critical expertise in corporate governance, risk oversight, and strategic analysis — strengths that will help Working Wardrobes continue to grow thoughtfully and sustainably as we deepen impact in the community.
