Working Wardrobes Hires Mission Advancement Officer

We are thrilled to welcome Jessica Deller-Hubbard to the Working Wardrobes team as our new Mission Advancement Officer. Jessica brings a dynamic blend of nonprofit leadership, fundraising expertise, and a deep commitment to equity and opportunity—making her an ideal partner in advancing our mission.
Jessica is a mission-driven strategist with a remarkable track record of helping organizations grow with purpose. Her background spans education, law, and leadership in youth-serving and social impact spaces, where she has helped secure multimillion-dollar investments, reimagine fundraising strategies, and design programs that drive real results. Her approach is both innovative and grounded—rooted in lived experience and guided by a passion for unlocking potential in people and communities.
In her role at Working Wardrobes, Jessica will lead fundraising and donor engagement efforts, working closely with our supporters, partners, and community champions to grow the impact of our programs. She’s known for her strategic clarity, authentic relationship-building, and results-driven mindset—all of which will help take our development efforts to the next level.
Jessica believes that meaningful growth should be accessible to all—not just those with access to a C-suite—and that belief is reflected in the way she leads. We are confident that her heart, hustle, and vision will be a powerful addition to our mission to help people overcome barriers and find the dignity of work.
Please join us in giving Jessica a warm welcome to the Working Wardrobes family!
