It’s time to celebrate in style, enjoy the beautiful starry sky, help others…and wish a very special someone a very special sendoff.
Please join us on Saturday, October 2, 2021 for our exciting fundraising gala, Celebrating Under the Stars, to raise money for the programs and services that help the unemployed and underemployed in our community. Jerri Rosen, founder and CEO of Working Wardrobes, is retiring at the end of this year, so this is the last formal fundraising event we will be hosting under her leadership and direction.
Recently, Jerri spoke with Christine Ragos, Working Wardrobes Board Member and Gala Chair to discuss this exciting event.
They highlight the wonderful volunteers who are donating their time and talents to make this night so successful, our incredible Gala Steering Committee and the many partner companies who are sponsoring and supporting this event to help our clients find work and achieve the Power of a Paycheck!
By supporting Celebrating Under the Stars, you empower us to provide even more at-risk clients with the tools, training and resources they need to find jobs and achieve self-sufficiency.
This will be a fabulous evening of food, fundraising and dancing under the stars, complete with amazing silent and live auction items such as tastings and tours at various California wineries; resort stays in Antigua, Saint James, and Barbados; fitness packages; clothing and accessories from luxury brands; a Safari trip; and much, much more!

Celebrating Under the Stars will take place outdoors (and under the stars!) in the gardens of Turnip Rose in Costa Mesa. Guests will be greeted by members of the Irvine Barclay Theatre Jazz Band who are donating their time and performance for the evening.
