We are excited to introduce Michelle Montgomery, who joined the Working Wardrobes team as our new Donor Engagement Officer on September 2nd. Michelle brings a wealth of experience and passion for service, making her an excellent addition to our team.

With a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving successful fundraising initiatives, Michelle’s career is a testament to her dedication to community and service. As the Director of Development for Gloves for Grief, Michelle led impactful fundraising campaigns and developed strategic partnerships that directly contributed to the organization’s growth. Prior to this, Michelle held leadership roles with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, where she cultivated new donors, organized major fundraising events, and spearheaded community-building efforts that left a lasting impact.

Beyond her fundraising expertise, Michelle is a dedicated speaker, author, and workshop leader who creates empowering experiences for communities in need. Her ability to inspire others through her work has earned her multiple awards, and her visionary thinking, combined with an exceptional attention to detail, makes her a powerful advocate for causes close to her heart.

At Working Wardrobes, Michelle will be leveraging her skills to deepen donor relationships, expand our impact, and inspire even greater support for the clients we serve. We are thrilled to have Michelle on board and look forward to the energy, expertise, and heart she brings to our mission.

Please join us in welcoming Michelle Montgomery to the team!
