Power Up for Success: 45 Military Spouses Land Job Offers!

On May 20th, Working Wardrobes proudly partnered with the Family Member Employment Assistance Program to support the annual MilSpouse Career & Hiring Symposium aboard Camp Pendleton. Through our Power Up for Success initiative, we delivered our signature wardrobe experience to 100 military spouses, providing each with a complete interview-ready outfit tailored to boost their confidence and professionalism.

Participants also received professional headshots and gained valuable insights during our “Power of Your Image” presentation, which offered personal branding tips to help them stand out in today’s competitive job market.

This impactful Power Up For Success day aboard Camp Pendleton was made possible thanks to our generous sponsors and the incredible dedication of more than 40 volunteers and staff. We’re thrilled to report that 45 of the 103 participants received conditional job offers as a result of the event — a powerful testament to the importance of empowerment, preparation, and community support.
