For Community Partners

Like a tailored suit, Working Wardrobes provides customized workshops and wardrobe experiences that compliment community partners’ existing programs, empowering clients with professional attire and confidence-building skills.

Workshops

Partners can select from a menu of topics either packaged as a series or individually. Each topic includes a trained facilitator and all materials. Workshops are conducted on or off-site.

Designed to prepare for practical skills to succeed in a new workplace. Suited for people who have little to no work experience or have experienced large gaps of work history.

Topics include, navigating success in the workplace; harassment prevention and career exploration training.

A two-session series designed to define & develop a professional brand.

Topics include Power of Your Image and Shop Your Closet, practical tools to boost confidence and enable anyone to present themselves effectively in the workplace. Often paired with our signature Professional Wardrobe experience.

Designed to provide core workforce readiness skills to participants during their job search. Topics include the ONET Interest Profiler, Building Blocks of a Resume, Interview Preparation, Mock Interview Practice, and Job Search Strategies.

Wardrobe Services

Community partners have the option to schedule their group for our wardrobing experience or refer their participants to receive an individual appointment. Wardrobing packages can include:

  • Business Professional or Business Casual (a combination for multiple outfits)
