The Power Within celebrates extraordinary women whose leadership, resilience, and commitment to creating opportunity inspire those around them. This signature event brings our community together to recognize women who are making a meaningful impact in their workplaces, communities, and beyond.
Help Us Recognize Remarkable Women
We all know women who lead with purpose, lift others up, and use their influence to make a difference. The Power Within is an opportunity to bring their contributions into the spotlight.
We invite our community to nominate women whose accomplishments and impact deserve to be recognized. Whether she is a business leader, community advocate, entrepreneur, mentor, philanthropist, or changemaker, we want to hear about the woman who inspires you.
Nominations are open now through October 31.
Looking Ahead to The Power Within 2027
The Power Within will return on Friday, March 19, 2027, bringing together leaders and supporters from across Orange County for an inspiring celebration of women and the power of opportunity.
In addition to nominations being open, early bird sponsorship opportunities are now available for organizations and individuals who want to be part of this meaningful event and support Working Wardrobes’ mission.
Proceeds from The Power Within help Working Wardrobes provide career development services, professional wardrobing, job training, and resources to individuals working to overcome barriers to employment.
