At Working Wardrobes, style is more than clothing—it’s a tool for empowerment. Our clients don’t just walk away with professional outfits; they walk away with renewed confidence, dignity, and purpose. That transformation is made possible by passionate volunteers and professionals like our Style Squad Panelists—a dynamic group of creatives, stylists, and visionaries dedicated to making fashion a force for good.
We’re thrilled to introduce four of the inspiring panelists who will be sharing their insights, style secrets, and heart for service at our upcoming Style Squad Training Day.
Stephanie Vitale
Personal Stylist & Fashion Designer
Stephanie Vitale brings the perfect blend of technical expertise and heart to her work as a Personal Stylist at Working Wardrobes. A graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Stephanie has a background in apparel design and garment construction. Her styling philosophy centers on helping people feel comfortable in their own skin and confident in their appearance. Since joining Working Wardrobes in February, she’s been combining her fashion know-how with a passion for service—creating personalized looks that highlight both professionalism and individuality.
Chris Byrne
Menswear Veteran & Volunteer Personal Stylist
With nearly 50 years in the men’s apparel industry, Chris brings a wealth of wisdom—and a wonderful sense of humor—to his role as a Personal Stylist volunteer. His journey started humbly as a stock boy at Sears and evolved into roles at Nordstrom, Robinson’s, and eventually a 25-year career at Men’s Wearhouse, where he served as a regional visual merchandising manager and corporate outreach rep.
Today, he finds joy in outfitting Working Wardrobes clients with their very own “Success Suits” and witnessing their transformation. Chris says he’ll always be a stock boy at heart—just one who’s slightly better dressed.
Lola Sato
Visual Concept Designer & Assistant Stylist at Nordstrom
Lola is a powerhouse of creativity with an eye for design and an unstoppable drive. With a background in Visual Communications from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM)—where she was recognized as the Outstanding Student for her graduating class—Lola has made a name for herself in product styling, editorial, runway, and beyond.
As an Assistant Stylist at Nordstrom Studios and a Freelance Personal Stylist, Lola brings artistic vision, attention to detail, and deep industry knowledge to everything she does. Her versatility and passion for styling translate seamlessly to her work at Working Wardrobes, where she helps clients see themselves in a new, empowered light.
Mark Pomerantz
Luxury Menswear Designer & Founder of Mark Pomerantz
Mark Pomerantz is a master of modern menswear and a true advocate for the power of personal presentation. With a career rooted in bespoke tailoring, Mark has built a global clientele of professionals who trust his expertise in style and fit. But what sets Mark apart is not just his craftsmanship—it’s his commitment to giving back.
A long-time supporter of Working Wardrobes, Mark has championed clothing donation drives and contributed exclusive pieces to our fundraising auctions, including during the pandemic-era “Suit Up for a Cause” campaign. His belief in the life-changing potential of a well-tailored suit aligns perfectly with our mission: to empower people to enter the workforce with confidence and dignity.
