Meet Lynnda

Lynnda came to Working Wardrobes in search of more than a job—she was looking for a way to rebuild her life and regain her confidence after navigating personal challenges, including recovery from alcoholism. Once a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, Lynnda had managed multi-million-dollar hotels for companies like Disney. But after a difficult period, she found herself needing to start over.

What she discovered at Working Wardrobes was not just career support, but a community that believed in her.

With every workshop, resume review, and encouraging conversation, Lynnda began to rediscover her strengths and believe in her future again. Inspired to pursue a new path, she enrolled in a Human Resources professional certification course at Cornell University—where she’s currently excelling with straight A’s.

Lynnda’s journey is still unfolding, and her determination is unwavering. She’s also gaining valuable experience right here at Working Wardrobes, contributing part-time as she works toward her next chapter.
