Staying the Course: Rafael’s Journey

Rafael came to Working Wardrobes with one clear goal: to get back to union work. While navigating the long process of reestablishing himself with the local laborer’s union, he needed support to stay stable and keep moving forward. With coaching, workshops, and help with basic necessities, Rafael made it through the waiting period and achieved his goal—a full-time union position. His journey is a powerful reminder that sometimes a fresh start isn’t about finding a new path, but having the support to stay on the right one.
