The Power Within Luncheon honors extraordinary women whose leadership, resilience, and commitment to community embody the heart of Working Wardrobes’ mission. This year’s honorees represent diverse paths to success—united by a shared belief in dignity, opportunity, and empowering others to thrive.

We are proud to recognize five inspiring leaders whose stories reflect the transformative power of perseverance, compassion, and purpose.

Victoria Cabot, Member Experience Manager, Partners Federal Credit Union

Victoria Cabot’s story is one of extraordinary resilience. Raised in a single-parent household and experiencing homelessness as a child, she learned early that determination and courage could change the trajectory of her life.

Today, Victoria is a successful manager at Partners Federal Credit Union and a proud advocate for financial empowerment. By openly sharing her journey, she builds trust and inspires others to pursue their dreams—no matter their starting point. Her life reflects her belief that hardship can become a foundation for strength, leadership, and hope.

Lindsay Oglesby is the CEO of Tax Relief Advocates, where she has led remarkable growth—scaling the company from just 20 employees in 2019 to more than 550 today. Under her leadership, the company has earned national recognition, including repeated placement on the Inc. 5000 list and honors for ethics and excellence.

A committed supporter of Working Wardrobes, Lindsay and her team began volunteering in 2025 to support youth entering the workforce. She has also served as a panelist for the Justice Impacted Panel.
