A team of incredible volunteers from Boeing joined us at the Working Wardrobes Donation Center for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Day filled with teamwork, purpose, and impact.

Together, they sorted, tagged, and processed hundreds of clothing donations—each piece representing a step toward confidence for someone rebuilding their career. What may seem like a simple task has a powerful ripple effect: the blazers, shirts, and shoes they handled will soon help our clients walk confidently into job interviews and start new chapters with pride.

Each item you helped sort, tag, or process has the potential to empower someone to walk confidently into a job interview or show up strong on their first day of work. That’s more than just clothing—that’s dignity, hope, and opportunity.

Where do these items go? Many are curated for our Wardrobing Center, where job seekers receive professional attire to show up strong for interviews and their first days of work. Other donations are made available for purchase at The Hanger—our social enterprise retail stores—including The Hanger Outlets in Garden Grove and Costa Mesa, and The Hanger Boutique in Laguna Niguel. 100% of proceeds from these stores power our mission and programs.

Following their volunteer day, Boeing deepened their impact with a $75,000 grant to Working Wardrobes—funding that fuels career coaching, workshops, and wardrobing services for clients on the path to meaningful employment.

At Working Wardrobes, we know meaningful employment starts with confidence—and community partners like Boeing make that transformation possible. Thank you, Boeing, for rolling up your sleeves and for your generous support!
