Pathways to Purpose
While the name has evolved, the heart behind the program remains the same.
Pathways to Purpose better reflects the journey our clients take every day as they overcome barriers, rebuild confidence, and create a future filled with opportunity. It also reflects the community standing beside them — monthly donors whose consistent support helps make transformation possible.
Monthly giving is one of the most impactful ways to support Working Wardrobes because it provides reliable, sustainable funding that allows us to plan ahead and respond to client needs in real time. From career coaching and workforce readiness workshops to professional wardrobing and critical needs assistance, recurring gifts help ensure our clients have the tools they need to move forward.
And the most important part?
Every gift matters.
A monthly gift of:
$25–$50 can provide critical needs support such as transportation assistance, food support, or other barriers that help clients stay focused on their path to employment.
$175 can provide a workforce readiness workshop series for one client — helping build confidence, interview skills, resume development, and job search strategies.
$375 can provide a professional “Success Suit” and accessories for a client preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce.
$550 can provide both a workforce readiness workshop series and professional wardrobing support for one client.
$6,000 can provide comprehensive wrap-around services for one client, including assessments, career coaching, training and certifications, individualized employment planning, and professional wardrobing services.
Beyond the direct impact, monthly giving creates something even bigger: stability. Consistent support allows Working Wardrobes to continue serving thousands of job seekers across Orange County with confidence, care, and long-term vision.
