Working Wardrobes is honored to share that Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris is recognizing nonprofits making a meaningful difference across California’s District 73, and we would be proud to be considered.

For more than 35 years, Working Wardrobes has helped individuals overcome barriers to employment through career readiness services, professional wardrobe support, job placement assistance, and continued guidance designed to build confidence and create lasting opportunity. Since 1990, Working Wardrobes has served more than 142,000 people, helping job seekers move forward with dignity, confidence, and purpose.

This recognition would be a meaningful reflection of the impact Working Wardrobes has made across the community and of the lives transformed through the support of dedicated donors, volunteers, partners, and advocates.

That impact has also been reflected in recent accolades. Working Wardrobes earned the 2026 Platinum Seal of Transparency from Candid, received a 3-Star rating from Charity Navigator, and was named one of the Orange County Business Journal’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Orange County. These honors speak to our commitment to transparency, accountability, organizational excellence, and a people-centered culture.

From supporting veterans, justice-impacted individuals, young adults, and career changers to equipping people with the tools and confidence they need to succeed, Working Wardrobes remains committed to creating pathways to employment and empowering people to move forward with confidence.

If you believe in Working Wardrobes’ mission and impact, we would be deeply honored to have your nomination for this District 73 recognition.

Every nomination is more than a show of support. It is a reflection of a community that believes in second chances, economic mobility, and the power of confidence to transform lives.
