For almost 2 years, Anna Villarreal has been making a meaningful impact as a Career Navigator on Working Wardrobes’ Client Services team. In her role, Anna helps clients build workforce readiness skills, connect with resources, and take important steps toward self-sufficiency.
What Anna loves most about her work is seeing the growth that happens along the way. Watching clients gain confidence, build independence, and move closer to their goals is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Anna is also proud of her own growth during her time at Working Wardrobes. She shared that one of the biggest changes for her has been becoming more confident in speaking up and sharing her ideas with the team. Being able to see that her voice and input matter has been a meaningful part of her journey.
Working Wardrobes’ mission is deeply important to Anna because she believes that everyone, no matter their background, deserves to be treated with dignity. That belief shines through in the care and support she brings to her work each day.
A fun fact about Anna is that she is a twin — something many people at work may not know about her.
