This graduation season, Working Wardrobes is inviting the community to help young adults step into their future with confidence.

Our Suit Up for Success campaign is more than a clothing drive. It is an opportunity to equip the next generation with the professional clothing, confidence, and support they need to take the next step toward employment. From first interviews and internships to that all-important first job, the right support at the right time can make all the difference.

Why This Campaign Matters

The need has never been clearer. In 2025, more than 60% of the population Working Wardrobes served were young adults. That means the majority of those turning to us are at a pivotal moment in their lives, working to build a future, enter the workforce, and create new possibilities for themselves.

For many young adults, preparing for a job opportunity comes with real barriers. They may not have access to the guidance, tools, or support system needed to feel ready for what comes next. Confidence can be shaken. The path forward can feel uncertain.

Through Suit Up for Success, Working Wardrobes provides more than clothes. We provide the services that help young adults build confidence and career readiness, including workforce preparation, career coaching, workshops, and professional support designed to help them succeed not just in getting the job, but in preparing for a stronger future.

We invite you to be part of this special event on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Working Wardrobes Career Success Center. This will be an exciting community event filled with purpose, partnership, and impact. Supporters, donors, and community members will come together to celebrate workforce readiness and help young adults prepare for what comes next.

Ways to Participate

There are many meaningful ways to get involved in Suit Up for Success:

  • Bring a gently-used suit on May 7th and receive a meal from Habit Burger!
  • Double Your Impact with Power Hour. One of the most exciting moments of the campaign will be our Power Hour Matching Gifts. During this special giving window, donations will be matched by generous sponsors, helping each gift go even further. You choose how much you’ll match, and we celebrate your contribution! It is more than a match. It is momentum.
  • Host a clothing drive in your own office or neighborhood leading up to the event.
  • Keep it simple- Make a financial gift– the easiest way to support clients on their success journey.
