At Working Wardrobes, we’re proud to partner with supporters who believe that business can be a force for good—and who take real action to make that belief tangible. That’s exactly what Conscientious Capital is doing, led by sisters Laura and Alyssa Geraghty.
Conscientious Capital exists to help bridge the gap between nonprofits and the business community—connecting companies with meaningful causes and showing what’s possible when purpose is built into the way you grow.
Laura’s belief in the dignity and impact of work started early:
“I have been working since I was young from household chores to my first job at 15. Work taught me confidence, responsibility, and independence. Working Wardrobes provides that same sense of purpose, helping people find their path and become self-supporting.”
— Laura Geraghty
That alignment is a big part of why Conscientious Capital is investing in Working Wardrobes—not only as supporters, but as advocates for a stronger, more connected community.
The Conscientious Capital Pledge: Doing Good While Growing

Through the Conscientious Capital Pledge, Laura and Alyssa have committed to giving back in a powerful, concrete way, creating a ripple effect of impact that extends far beyond any single partnership.
“At Conscientious Capital, we are proud to support Working Wardrobes by bridging nonprofits and for-profit companies and pledging 15% of our revenue back to causes our clients care about,” Laura shared. “We believe companies can grow while doing good, and we invite others to join us in filling the white space and making a lasting difference.”
Their model is a reminder that generosity doesn’t have to be an afterthought—it can be built into the foundation.
Join Conscientious Capital in Supporting Working Wardrobes
Conscientious Capital is also inviting the community to come out and be part of that impact in person:
Come attend, shop, and support Working Wardrobes at The Power Within Luncheon at Balboa Bay Club on Friday, March 27. It’s an opportunity to connect, show up for our mission, and help ensure more individuals in our community have access to the confidence, tools, and support they need to move forward.
