We are proud to shine a spotlight on Journey For Good Foundation and the HMSHost by Avolta team at John Wayne Airport for their extraordinary generosity and partnership with Working Wardrobes.

Recently, their team visited our Career Success Center to see our mission in action and personally present a $25,000 grant in support of the people we serve. It was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when organizations come together around shared purpose and impact.

Journey For Good Foundation is the charitable arm of Avolta in North America and is dedicated to fighting poverty through food, shelter, education, and workforce development. In 2025, the Foundation celebrated 10 years of impact, surpassing $5 million in lifetime giving and awarding nearly $1 million in new grants to organizations across the U.S. and Canada.

What makes their model especially inspiring is how their giving is powered: through travelers who choose to “round up” their purchases at airport stores and restaurants, along with support from Avolta team members and partners. Those small acts of generosity add up to life-changing investments in communities across North America.

Their commitment to workforce development and economic mobility aligns deeply with Working Wardrobes’ mission to help people rebuild their lives through meaningful work. This grant will directly support our career readiness programs, ensuring more clients have access to the tools, coaching, and confidence they need to move forward.

With new Hudson News stores opening at John Wayne Airport, we’re also excited about the opportunity to collaborate on future employment pathways for our clients, helping create even more bridges to opportunity and long-term stability.

We are deeply grateful to Journey For Good Foundation and the HMSHost by Avolta team for believing in our mission and investing in the future of the people we serve. Partnerships like this don’t just change programs — they change lives.

Thank you for being part of our community and helping open doors to confidence, dignity, and purpose.
