Olga is a strategic healthcare and human resources executive with 25+ years of experience and currently serves as Senior Director of the People Team at Optum Health, where she leads national initiatives to enhance clinician experience, strengthen culture, and improve workforce engagement and operational efficiency. She previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Clinical Excellence at Optum and Vice President of the People Team at Monarch Healthcare.
A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Olga has championed equitable talent strategies and led leadership development efforts that increased diverse senior leadership hires by 30% while improving engagement across multiple dimensions. As an immigrant, her personal journey fuels her commitment to supporting people working to overcome barriers to employment and advancement.
Inspired by her upbringing in Ukraine and her mother’s service as a physician in underserved villages, Olga actively gives back through mentoring and community leadership—helping individuals build career readiness and confidence.
