Meet Ricardo

When Ricardo first came to Working Wardrobes, he knew he wanted something different for his future—but he wasn’t sure which direction to go, or what was even possible.

Through our full-service program and new workshop series, Ricardo found clarity and momentum. He became the first graduate of the series, and right away he started asking the questions that move goals into action: What job leads are available? What education options can help me build a real career?

With support from our team, Ricardo discovered a pathway to becoming an automotive technician. Our job developer toured Santa Ana College with him and helped him register for classes. At the same time, Ricardo landed a full-time warehouse job with flexible hours, giving him the stability to earn an income while attending his first semester of college.

Today, Ricardo is building experience, working full-time, and studying for a career he’s genuinely excited about—proof of what’s possible when job seekers have the right support and a clear next step.
