What is GivingTuesday?

GivingTuesday is the Global Day of Generosity held each year on the first Tuesday after U.S. Thanksgiving (right after Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday). Since 2012, it’s invited people everywhere to do good in their own communities. This year, it’s December 2, 2025—and your action will directly support clients working hard to step into stability and purpose.

Three high-impact ways to get involved (starting now)

1) Start Your Fundraising Page (rally your network today)

You don’t have to wait for Dec 2. Launch your peer-to-peer page now and invite friends, family, and coworkers to join you.

  • Create your page: set a simple goal, add a photo, and write 1–2 lines about why this matters to you.
  • Invite your “first five”: Reach out to five friends, family members, or coworkers to be your first donors.
  • Build momentum: make it fun—start a friendly competition (between departments, teams, or families), set easy milestones, and celebrate whoever raises the most.

2) Double Your Impact This GivingTuesday (AAA Match up to $1,500)

This GivingTuesday (Dec 2), your generosity goes twice as far. Thanks to our partners at AAA, every dollar you give to Working Wardrobes will be matched 1:1, up to $1,500—fueling more coaching, job training, and head-to-toe wardrobing so clients can step boldly into interviews and new careers.
