At Working Wardrobes, we believe in the power of second chances. On December 11th we are hosting Justice Reimagined: Rebuilding Lives Through Work—a transformative event that brings together community leaders, employers, and justice-impacted individuals to explore the true meaning of empowerment through employment.
Volunteer
You won’t be teaching or facilitating the curriculum—that will be led by a professional workshop facilitator.
Instead, you will partner directly with clients at your table to:
- Practice the tools and activities introduced by the facilitator
- Support clients as they refine elevator pitches, interview responses, and communication skills
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive, confidence-building feedback
- Encourage clients as they build the skills that help them move forward with purpose
Your presence helps create a pivotal, dignified, and empowering experience for participants who are working hard to rebuild their futures.
