As a former U.S. Marine Corps Officer turned leadership consultant, Jill brings a unique blend of military grit, positive psychology, and real-world coaching to her powerful keynotes. She is the founder of Breakthrough Leadership Group and a frequent contributor to Psychology Today, Forbes, and Fast Company.
