Working Wardrobes has been proudly named one of the 2025 Best Places to Work in Orange County. This prestigious award is part of an annual program created by the Orange County Business Journal in partnership with Workforce Research Group.
The Best Places to Work in Orange County program, which began in 2009, honors organizations that have made a significant impact on the local economy, workforce, and business environment. The awards celebrate workplaces that stand out for their outstanding company culture, employee satisfaction, and commitment to creating positive and supportive work environments.
To be eligible, employers had to employ at least 15 full- or part-time permanent employees in Orange County, operate a physical location within Orange County, been in business for at least one year at the program’s registration deadline.
The selection process involved a two-part evaluation.

- The first part assessed each organization’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, contributing to 20% of the overall score.

- The second part included an employee survey measuring employee experiences, which accounted for 80% of the total evaluation.
Once eligibility was confirmed, the combined scores from both parts determined the ranking of the top organizations. Working Wardrobes reached 14th on the list of small companies, of which only two are nonprofits!
The list of winners was officially announced in a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 7, 2025, issue.
