On Friday, November 14th, lives will be transformed in a single day of purpose, connection, and opportunity at the County of Orange’s Administration Buildings in Santa Ana. Veterans, military spouses, and working-age youth will come together for a day of connection, confidence-building, and career empowerment.

Our Fall 2025 Power Up for Success (PUFS) event is a transformational, one-day experience that provides career coaching, interview attire, professional headshots, employer connections, and—for many—a renewed sense of purpose and possibility. It’s where hope meets action.

YOU are invited to help make this day possible in the following ways:

Sponsor

Your sponsorship fuels more than logistics—it makes the entire experience free for every participant. You’ll help provide professional attire, career fair access, and resume support that clients can’t afford on their own. Sponsorships start at $1,500 and include meaningful recognition across newsletters, social media, and the event itself.

Career Booth Participant

Are you hiring? Mission-aligned employers who believe in supporting diverse, motivated jobseekers showcase open roles, meet talented candidates, and create a powerful day of workforce connection.

Volunteer

Whether you greet guests, style interview outfits, or guide jobseekers to their next stop, your presence makes a difference. Volunteers help create a welcoming, uplifting environment—often walking away just as inspired as the people they serve.

Why It Matters

At our recent PUFS event at Camp Pendleton, 45 military spouse participants received conditional job offers—showing how powerful targeted support really is.

This achievement comes from a day packed with personalized styling, resume coaching, professional headshots, networking, and employer connections—all made possible by our passionate sponsors, committed volunteers, and community partners.

By becoming part of PUFS, you’re not just supporting an event. You’re helping provide life-changing momentum:

  • Give confidence to someone who has struggled to feel seen.
  • Offer real employment opportunities to those who have served our country.
  • Help someone walk into an interview knowing they belong there.

Will you help us power up success again this November 14th?
