Client Services

Working Wardrobes provides numerous services relating to professional wardrobing, employment, career, financial literacy and life skills, training, image workshops. Following is an overview of the services we offer our clients.

Programs:

• Career Services Center - Clients work with volunteer Personal Shoppers to select career quality clothing for interviews and employment;
• Career Development Center - Qualified job seekers can gain the tools needed to become more successful both in the job search and on the job through. The Career Development Center offers online and personal career assessment tools, computers to post resumes and conduct online job searches, and a Career Developer to discuss skills assessment and job leads;
• Days of Self Esteem - Annual motivational, wardrobe, and grooming events held separately for women, men and teens;
• Career Readiness & Life Skills Workshops - Human Resource trained volunteers called Success Coaches facilitate workshops on-site at shelters;
• Breast Cancer Initiative - Clients who are struggling with their changing body due to breast cancer recovery can select career appropriate clothing;
• Retail Training - All aspects of retail training are available through our Donation Center, clothing resale boutique and thrift shop.
