Customer Service Certification Program

Available Programs

Working Wardrobes will offer multiple classroom training programs including 36-hour programs, 24-hour programs, and one- and two-day training seminars in Customer Service and Retail Sales. Working Wardrobes will also deliver customized training programs, including consultation, to ensure success.

Specific training programs in Customer Service and Retail Sales will include an on-the job training component. In addition to our Donation Center and resale shops in Anaheim, Brea and Tustin, Working Wardrobes is currently researching multiple locations for use as training sites including One-Stop Centers and Westfield Shopping Centers.

Certification

All Working Wardrobes trainers are National Retail Federation (NRF) certified and have completed a Train-the-Trainer program through the NRF. Working Wardrobes is an official test site for NRF certification in Customer Service, Retail Sales, and Retail Management for prospective and incumbent workers with a proctor onsite.

Program Cost

The price right now is $249 for clients for this 36-hour program.  Prices will vary for other programs and individual seminars. 

Working Wardrobes will offer NRF Certification Assessment to all training participants. This certification indicates that the individual who earns it has demonstrated knowledge and skills noted as important to successful employment in the sales and service industries. Upon completing and passing the assessment test, students will receive a nationally recognized certification and a lapel pin from the National Retail Federation.  The certification fee is $70 per person.  If an individual does not pass the certification, he/she can re-test after 30 days and the fee will be $50.

Additional Benefit

Working Wardrobes will be tracking all participants and measuring the success rate of the program.  This information will be available to our referral partners for their own measurement practices.
