Available Programs

Working Wardrobes offers multiple classroom training programs, including 36-hour programs, 24-hour programs, and one and two-day training seminars in Customer Service and Retail Sales. Working Wardrobes will also deliver customized training programs, including consultation, to ensure your success.

Specific training programs in Customer Service and Retail Sales will include an on-the job training component at our Donation Center and resale shops in Anaheim, Brea, Tustin and Laguna Niguel.

Certification

All Working Wardrobes trainers are National Retail Federation (NRF) certified and have completed a Train-the-Trainer program through the NRF. Working Wardrobes is an official test site for NRF certification in Customer Service, Retail Sales, and Retail Management for prospective and incumbent workers with a proctor onsite.

Program Cost

Our 36-hour program costs only $249 for clients; training materials for NRF curriculum cost $55.  Prices will vary for other programs and individual seminars. 

Working Wardrobes will offer NRF Certification Assessment to all training participants. This certification indicates that the individual has demonstrated knowledge and skills noted as important to successful employment in the sales and service industries. Upon completing and passing the assessment test, students will receive a nationally recognized certification and a lapel pin from the National Retail Federation.  The certification fee is $70 per person.  If an individual does not pass the certification, he/she can re-test after 30 days for a $50 fee. Every single participant of Working Wardrobes' Customer Service Training Program has successfully passed NRF certification.

Additional Benefits

Working Wardrobes will be tracking all participants and measuring the success rate of the program.  This information will be available to our referral partners for their own measurement practices.
