Corporate Sponsors

Working Wardrobes would like to thank the following corporations who have provided crucial financial sponsorship (at least $25,000) in support of Working Wardrobes. Many of these corporations also provide in-kind donations, host clothing drives and encourage volunteerism by their employees.

	The Allergan Foundation has funded grants for specific programs each year since the Foundation began. Employees of The Allergan Foundation also support annual clothing drives.
	bds mktg has been a corporate sponsor of Working Wardrobes for many years. In additional to financial support, they have provided technical support, production services and client resources.
	Men's Wearhouse has been a generous financial donor sponsoring the Men's Day of Self-Esteem as well as underwriting our expansion concepts, including the Career Development Center's Career Developer. The Men's Wearhouse also donates more than half a million dollars worth of merchandise each year in conjunction with the Law Suits drive held through the California Bar Association.
	National Human Resources Association - Orange County Chapter, has provided generous financial support for the Career Development center, helped recruit Success Coaches, and provided books and tapes for our Resource Library.
	Pacific Life has awarded Working Wardrobes many grants to support our mission and programs, funded our first Program Manager as well as provided workshops for staff development.

In-Kind Corporate Sponsors

The following corporations have generously donated at least $15,000 worth of in-kind products and/or services they provide to their clients:

	Cache donates prom dresses and accessories for the young women participating in our Cinderellas for Life event. In addition Cache provides shopping bags for the Working Wardrobes' Career Services Center, hosts clothing drives and donates special clothing for our clients.
	Cookie Lee has been a very generous corporate sponsor of Working Wardrobes, providing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of fine fashion jewelry for our Career Service Center clients and our "Cinderellas"!
	FedEx helps make possible the transportation of rolling racks and all necessary supplies for our signature Days of Self-Esteem through the donated use of 18-wheeled semi-trucks and the most helpful drivers on the planet!
	Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP filed for our trademark and has protected it on three occassions. These invaluable legal services, as well as the provision of ongoing legal counsel, have all been done pro bono since 1995.
	Mimi's Cafe provides the breakfasts and lunches for the participants, volunteers and staff for the Women's Day of Self-Esteem and have done so for the past seven years.

Business beyond the bottom line

Last year, a young Garden Grove High School student wrote Working Wardrobes thanking us: she had fallen in love with a department store dress she couldn't afford, and then found the same exact dress at our Cinderellas for Life event. It is this fairytale dream-come-true that Cache makes possible when they donate more than 300 prom and party dresses for the annual prom event. Having donated dresses for the past four years, they have helped nearly 1,000 low income teens attend their prom! Additionally, each young lady leaves with her dress and accessories packaged in a wonderful hot pink Cache shopping bag, one more important touch making it a truly special shopping experience.

Recently, when Working Wardrobes put out a call for fashion retailers to join us in participating in The Luxury Lounge in honor of the 80th Annual Academy Awards, Cache's Rene Bousard opened her rolodex and brought two wonderful companies to the table. Both Laundry by Design and True Religion participated in the special pre-Oscar event and wonderful new connections with the companies have been made.

We continue to acknowledge and thank our wonderful partners, like Cache, who recognize the value in aligning with our mission, and also in opening doors to new potential partners.
