Corporate/Civic Advocates are friends of Working Wardrobes who advocate on our behalf within their company, church or organization. By connecting with Working Wardrobes you help establish your company as a socially conscious company with a firm commitment to the community; a company committed to doing business "beyond the bottom line."

CCAs host clothing/accessory drives, fundraisers within their company, organize volunteer teams to assist in our donation center or at our signature Days of Self Esteem events, and help connect us with those within their company or organization that make the determinations regarding corporate sponsorships and philanthropy opportunities.

Every Advocate represents a tremendous resource for Working Wardrobes within his/her company, making our organization function more effectively and efficiently.

• Join us for quarterly CCA meetings.
  
  These are great opportunities for you to share your success stories with other Advocates and listen to great ideas that might work within your company as well.
  
  Meetings are typically held from 7:30-8:30 am at the Working Wardrobes Fountain Valley Center. 2007 dates coming soon!
• Host at least two clothing/accessory drives a year to meet our most pressing needs. Click here for facts on hosting a clothing drive;
• Participate in one of the following events during the year: Success Coach training; planning committee for a Day of Self-Esteem event (men, women, Cinderellas for Life); Gala committee;
• Organize a volunteer team (4 - 8 people) for Saturday Donation Center coverage;
• Hold one employee-driven fundraiser each year to fund the purchase of a Gala table; invite key employees to attend. Click here for great tips on creative fundraising ideas for your company!

If you have any unique, creative or successful fundraiser ideas that we can present to our CCAs, we want to hear from you!

• What time? 7:30-8:30 am.
• Who should attend? Each meeting will have valuable information, tools and ideas for our dedicated, new and prospective advocates. These are wonderful forums to share ideas and brainstorm new ideas!
• Where? Working Wardrobes in Fountain Valley, 11614 Martens River Circle.
